Paying by Money Order will allow your order to be processed the next business day after we receive payment.

Returns
If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges.

Exchanges
If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE E-mail for Return Merchandise Authorization # - (RMA #) and return directions to ensure proper credit for return. Please clearly mark your RMA on the outside of your package.

Shipping is within the Continental U.S. Most orders ship within 1-3 days from the time you order, unless otherwise indicated. Books do occasionally go out of print or or out of stock, and in the event your order is out of stock we will contact you with an estimated shipping time.

• UPS Ground Delivers Monday- Friday, is usually 3-10 business days in transit. Tracking is available.
• We also offer Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air & 3 Day Select options, for guaranteed delivery times, with delivery Monday-Friday. Tracking is available.
